Day 9: Guilty Pleasure

     In my hunt for the healthier me I had to think of some pretty creative ways to cut out the junk. One of my ways was to get rid of the ice cream, cake, or other dessert like foods was by incorporating a substitute. My substitute, which has now become a serious guilty pleasure, Special K Fruit & Yogurt. This is seriously my go to item every time I have a hankering from something sweet. It does the trick to give me my fix and it’s not so hard on the healthy eating. As you can see I have to stock up so I don’t run out and get tempted.
